1 R&D Engineer(Multipurpose Platform for 2G, 3G and LTE Applications (DX200)
Job description:
Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and testing/verifying plat
form functionalities. The work aims to ensure that new functionality are devel
oped, built and verified without breaking any existing core system functionali
ty. It also aims to maintain existing functionalities in the platform.
Job Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer S
cience or Software Technology or an equivalent education or skills.
- Passionate in Programming and/or testing.
- Good in C programming.
- Experience in embedded SW developing or Linux SW developing is a plus.
- Good knowledge about SW development methods both waterfall process and agile
methods.
- You like work in a multicultural team.

2 WCDMA System testing - Call processing (SyVe)
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
RAN System Verification is a network level end to end system testing for the r
adio access network system including UE, NodeB, RNC and other transport equipm
ents in the system, the test environment also includes the core network part.
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
RAN System Verification is a end to end system testing for the radio access ne
twork system. Real environment is taken into use during testing.Purpose is to
ensure Software quality on target.Operability and maintenance (O&M) is one te
am of SyVe,which focus on Configuration managment currently. Tasks include mu
ltiple test environments build up and maintenace, case design, case execution
,trouble shooting,fault reporting and other supporting works.
Requirements:
- M.sc or B.sc in Telecommunication.
- 2+ years work experience.
- Good knowledge of WCDMA network.
- Good knowledge of DCN network.
- Good knowledge of IP ,unix linux is a plus
- Understanding and experience of the Core Networks (CS and PS) is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English

3 WCDMA System testing - Transport & Transmission (SyVe)
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
RAN System Verification is a network level end to end system testing for the r
adio access network system including UE, NodeB, RNC and other transport equipm
ents in the system, the test environment also includes the core network part.
Target is to ensure SW is working as specified and meeting the set quality tar
gets, find problems from the SW and ensure corrections are working for found f
aults. Tasks include test case design, case execution, fault troubleshooting,
and execution reporting in own responsibility area. Maintain the test environm
ents including software, hardware, and configuration to ensure functionality o
f the radio network and enable testing activities.
Requirements:
- M.sc or B.sc in Telecommunication
- 2+ years testing work experience
- Good knowledge of IP transport technologies and protocols, such as vlan/rstp
/ospf/tcp/udp/gtp/rtp and so on
- Good knowledge of WCDMA RAN network infrastructure technology
- Good knowledge of WCDMA RAN siganlling(RANAP/NBAP/RNSAP) is a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of ATM transport is a plus, such as AAL2/AAL5
- Understanding and experience of the Core Networks (CS and PS) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Unix and Linux is a plus
- Basic scripting and programming skills are a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English

4 System Engineer/Senior System Engineer, Interoperability Testing (LTE IOT)
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Terminal IOT and e2e functional testing between NSN TD-LTE NW implem
entation and new and existing Terminals
- Perform Terminal IODT and functional testing mainly between NSN TD-LTE syste
ms and some pre-selected terminal or chipset vendors
- Perform Software and hardware upgrade as well as configuration of the NSN TD
-LTE elements to meet IOT requirements
- Perform analysis, design and review test plan and test case with vendors and
customers, write test specifications, perform testing and troubleshooting, an
d reporting.
Requirements:
- Many years of experience in working with telecommunication open standards (3
GPP, IETF, ETSI).
- Multiple years of experience in testing of UMTS and IP networks and analytic
al problem solving skills are needed. Experience in LTE/TD-LTE is a plus.
- Multiple years of experience in test case development and test planning.
- Multiple years of hands-on experience in UMTS/LTE network elements.
- Very strong experience testing radio network system testing, analyzing proto
cols stacks using protocol analyzer tools.
- Very strong understanding of radio interfaces and other key critical interfa
ces, protocols, and architecture of 3GPP network.
- Strong working knowledge of and experience with IP networking protocols such
as IPv4 and IPv6 and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Radius, Diamet
er) is a plus.
- Experience in any of the following skills will be an additional asset: Mobil
e IP, GTP and other network mobility protocols.
- Multiple years of technical experiences in the area of e2e system verificati
on is a plus.
- Many years of experience configuring and integrating GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/LTE
and IP networks products in multivendor environment is a plus
- Light, occasional travel may be required.
- Fluent in English
